Our Promise

My Promise to You: Choosing the best home or construction, inspector to serve you can be a confusing and hard decision. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. The majority of my work is from client referrals. Every inspector has varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes different fee structures.

Saving a few bucks may look good upfront but you will end up paying for it.

One thing for sure is that the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license for JHbytruckinspections is a business license. It is not a certification or guarantee of the competancy or ability of any inspector. They do not require a inspector to be code certified (aka: knowledgeable, proficient, trained, educated in the building codes) so many are not. Anyone can be a member of the code body and use its logo but not everyone can be code certified.

How can you expect an inspector to know minimum building standards for your family or be educated in codification if they are not code certified?

Home inspections, done right, require work...a lot of work. If you will honor me to inspect your home I will be diligent in producing a very thorough inspection. I work for you, no one else, and have your best interest in mind.

Jim’s – No B.S. Guarantee
- "If you're not completely satisfied with our job at the end of the onsite inspection, you owe us nothing!  No disclaimers. No fine print. No bull !

How can we guarantee our inspections?

It's easy. We find more defects than our competition. The end result is you save more money. The more defects your inspector finds the more money you save and avoid that money pit.

We don't rush. We don't do more than 1 home inspection per day. This allows us the time to do a thorough inspection of your new home.

You don't want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you'll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects. Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason they're cheap.
